「ドレッジ」では、毎日が冒険と発見のチャンスです。新しいギアを装備し、独自のアビリティをアンロックして、ミステリアスな魚に遭遇し、未知の島々を探索して、この奇妙な世界の隠された真実を明らかにするクエストに繰り出そう。キャラクターの正気度が目に映るものや世界があなたをどのように形成するかに影響を与えることによって、ユニークなエクスペリエンスを提供します。

このアップデートでは、ゲーム内マップに拡張機能が導入され、プレイヤーがズーム、スクロール、マーカーの配置をすることができます。

パッチノート

1.2 – 野生生物とフォトモード
リリース：2023年7月7日
バージョン1.2では、不気味なパッシブ型の野生動物の様々な新しいイベントが導入され、10種類の新たな奇形種が発見できるようになりました。また、このアップデートでは二つの新しいモードもリリースしています。新たなキャラクター「写真家」が紹介する「フォトモード」で、プレイヤーは「ドレッジ」から自分だけの特別な瞬間を構成・キャプチャーすることができます。また、「パッシブモード」は、エルドリッチな恐怖を味わうことなくプレイを楽しみたい方のためのモードです。

1.3 – 船のペイントとカニ怪獣
リリース：2023年9月18日
「ドレッジ」の完全リリース前からプレイヤーから寄せられていた二つの主な要望に、船のカスタマイズ機能と不気味な奇形カニ「カニ怪獣 」の捕獲がありました。今回のアップデートでこれらの機能をお届けすると共に、難破船からサルベージする新しい旗を追加しています。
